Just when I’m about ready to lose all respect for people, a good samaritan named Brent Sutton went and gave me some hope. The details of the story are sparse, but a few tweets give you everything you need to know.
Introduction: Tampa Bay Rays outfielder BJ Upton lost his wallet some time Sunday. The tweets tell the rest…
“Honest Abe” Brent Sutton (@Brent813) tweeted to Upton (@BJUPTON2) that he found his wallet and wanted to return it to him.

Upton, thankful for Sutton’s good deed, tweeted his gratefulness back at the Tampa resident.

As a token of his appreciation, Upton gave Sutton a bat which Sutton then tweeted a picture of himself holding said bat:

Having your lost wallet returned to you usually makes for a good day. Upton’s day also consisted of hitting three home runs in the Rays' 6-0 blanking of the Texas Rangers.
