In a post to MLB.com, Joe Frisaro was told by Florida Marlins team president David Samson that the Fish have no intentions of changing Hanley Ramirez position and “there has been no conversations” on the subject.

Greg Dobbs, Jose Lopez and Javier Vazquez were declared free agents along with 145 other major leaguers on Sunday morning. Teams can sign their own free agents at any time, but players cannot ink deals with new teams any earlier than Thursday at 12:01 a.m.
