This fan is so incredibly lucky that it seems unreal.The brush with near decapitation came during Tuesday night's game between the Rays and Orioles at Tropicana Field when Baltimore's Steve Pearce yanked a pitch foul off into the front row of seats behind the third base dugout.As you can see, the smoking liner comes within inches of smacking the unsuspecting fan in the white shirt in the face.
