Wedge shuffles Mariners batting order

The Seattle Mariners spent the first one-third of the season looking to see if Ichiro Suzuki was a good fit as the No. 3 hitter and the last few weeks giving Dustin Ackley a shot at being the leadoff man. On Friday, all of that changed. Manager Eric Wedge has installed Ichiro back as the leadoff man, the position he had for the first 11 years of his big-league career. Ackley will now bat second, where he began the season, and Kyle Seager, the team's leader in both batting average and RBIs, will hit third.
