Photo Credit: Dirk Hansen Come on down  Luke Gregerson and Rex Brothers. The injury boogieman grabbed both Huston Street and Rafael Betancourt this week. I had a feeling the groin would bother Betancourt. Outside those two changes, its been a quiet week in the closer world.Ernesto Frieri and Andrew Bailey both move up 4 spots to #18 & #19 respectively.Huston Street and Rafael Betancourt both drop out of the top 30. 1. Mariano Rivera  2. Jason Grilli3. Aroldis Chapman - Sporting a very pretty 15.92 K/9.4. Craig Kimbrel5. Addison Reed - Pitched a ridiculous 55 pitches and gave up 5 ERs in yesterday’s crazy game against Seattle. He did get the W though.6. Joe Nathan7. Edward Mujica8. Rafael Soriano9. Jonathan Papelbon10. Sergio Romo11. Casey Janssen12. Grant Balfour (+1)13. Jim Johnson (+1)14. Fernando Rodney (+1)15. Tom Wilhelmsen (-3) – Since May 20th he has blown 3 saves and given up 5 ER in 8.1 innings.16. Glen Perkins (+1)17. Greg Holland (+1)18. Ernesto Frieri (+4)19. Andrew Bailey (+4)20. Bobby Parnell - Blew the save on Tuesday night, but he isn’t losing his job anytime soon.21. Jose Valverde (-2) – His last outing was a disaster, giving up 4 runs in .2 innings while blowing the save.22. Kevin Gregg (+2)23. Heath Bell (+2)24. Brandon League (+3) – League must be using some sort of magic on Donny Baseball, because he shouldn’t be the closer in LA.  He also blew his 3rd save of the season this week.25. Jose Veras (+1)26. Vinnie Pestano (+2)27. Rex Brothers28. Luke Gregerson29. Francisco Rodriquez – He seems to be the man in Milwaukee, but Henderson is will be activated on Sunday if things go well in his rehab game.30. Marlins Closer by CommitteeNext in line...Kenley Jansen – He will be the Dodgers closer sooner rather than later if Mattingly wants to keep his job. He has a very pretty 40:6 K:BB rate in 28.2 innings this year.Carter Capps – If Wilhelmsen continues to be shaky, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Wedge make the switch to Capps. Capps has been solid in the set-up role, with 5 holds and a 11.33 K/9.Paul Clewell@chuckles643
