White Sox Sign Matt Lindstrom to One-Year Deal

The Chicago White Sox have signed Matt Lindstrom to a one-year deal.  He has spent six years in the league bouncing around between five different teams.  He hopes to find a new long-term home in Chicago, but he will have to prove himself first. According to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, Lindstrom will undergo a physical, then signs  one-year deal with the White Sox. Lindstrom gets 1 year plus club option for '14. Lindstrom has a career 3.64 ERA in 358 games.  He has pitched out of the bullpen for his entire career.  Last season, with Orioles and the Diamondbacks, Lindstrom had a 2.68 ERA in 46 relief appearances.
