The rift between former Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen and current GM Kenny Williams, led to their parting ways on the second to last day of the MLB season, but that doesn’t mean all the issues have been resolved. When MLB Network conceived of a “reality series” focusing on the relationship between Guillen, Williams and owner Jerry Reinsdorf, the idea sounded like must-see television. Especially with all the Ozzie versus Kenny tension.
The end result of “The Club” was boring watered down pablum which served only one purpose- giving you Sox headlines from 2-3 weeks ago. But enough with the boring stuff, the current Miami Marlins manager has something special in mind for his former employer.
In a series of tweets sent out Friday morning from Guillen’s personal Twitter account, Guillen says when he returns stateside, he will reveal the true story of what happened with his parting of ways with the White Sox. Guillen tweeted he will, “kill people’s feelings, no mercy” and that...

If you know The Lady GM, you know I am a HUGE fan of Miami Marlin’s skipper Ozzie Guillen.
I’m still in mourning over his ousting from my beloved White Sox, but my adoration for him lives strong.
He has been my boo since his South Side playing days in a Chicago White Sox uniform (I used to go to the ball park for $1 on Ladies Day), and years later when he became...
You didn’t really think new Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen was going to remain quiet while a former player trashed him, did you? Of course not.
Guillen fired off several tweets Friday in response to White Sox pitcher Jake Peavy who accused him of quitting on the team last year (Ozzie walked away with two games left in the season). Peavy was upset that Ozzie said the pitcher quit...
Miami Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen has heard enough enough criticism about his departure from the Chicago White Sox. Guillen through his Twitter feed warned that upon his return from Venezuela to Chicago, where he makes his offseason home, he was going to come clean on some things.
His Tweets from Friday:
** When i get to chitown lets make one thing clear what happen last day whit...
Ozzie Guillen has again used to Twitter to air his grievances.
Miami Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen tweeted a warning Friday that he'll soon have a response to comments by Chicago White Soxpitcher Jake Peavy regarding Guillen's departure from the team.
It's going to be culture shock for the White Sox beat writers this spring, as the team downshifts from Ozzie Guillen's spice rack to Robin Ventura's vanilla personality. Ventura's dialect will be a lot easier to understand, but he's unlikely to fill up the notebooks the way Guillen did over the last eight seasons. Ozzie probably came out of the womb with sound...
