The Cleveland Indians made their first roster move of 2015 to deviate from their Opening Day roster. They have recalled outfielder Jerry Sands from Triple-A Columbus. To make room for his on the 25-man roster, reliever Austin Adams was optioned to Columbus. To make room for him on the 40-man, pitcher Josh Tomlin was transferred to the 60-day DL.
