Phils Re-Sign Sizemore, Jimenez

The Phillies announced on Thursday that they have re-signed outfielder Grady Sizemore and relief pitcher Cesar Jimenez, both to one year contracts. The Sizemore experiment was fun, but he clearly doesn’t have much left in the tank, at least from what he showed us last season. Jimenez ended up having a pretty good 2014 season, with a 1.69 ERA in 16 appearances.
