2 more minor leaguers suspended in drug program
Right-hander Chaz Roe and outfielder Smaily Borges have been suspended for 50 games each under baseball's minor league drug program.
Rose tested positive for an amphetamine, the commissioner's office said Thursday. Borges was penalized for refusing to take a drug test.
Both players are free agents, and their suspensions will start when they sign with a major league organization...
