RHP Dale Thayer pitched in nine games for the Mets this season. He was 0-3 with a 3.48 ERA in 10 1/3 innings pitched. He walked none and struck out five.
For Triple-A Buffalo, Thayer went 4-3 with a 2.66 ERA, saving 21 games, striking out 66 hitters, and walking 15 in 71 innings and 54 games.
