Chicago Cubs Recall Pitcher Rafael Dolis, Option Dave Sappelt
The Chicago Cubs have recalled right-handed pitcher Rafael Dolis from their Triple-A Iowa affiliate. To make room for him, the Cubs have optioned outfielder Dave Sappelt to the same minor league team. Dolis will be a middle-reliever for the parent club where as Sappelt will provide organizational depth at the outfield position for Chicago.
