Hector Noesi excited for return to the Bronx
Considering the fact that he was never as big a prospect as Jose Campos is, Hector Noesi was probably the smallest name involved in the blockbuster deal that swapped Jesus Montero for Michael Pineda during the offseason. Regardless of how small his name is though, Noesi was no throw in.
Noesi broke in with the Yankees last year, playing in 30 games including just two starts, and...

Ump throws ball at Noesi (VIDEO)
Hilarious situation in Seattle this weekend. Hector Noesi had two balls thrown at him. One by the ump, one by his catcher. Have a look.
Nice reflexes Hector!
He threw one low pitch, but ended up getting back two baseballs. Wish I had this luck with women.

Hector Noesi throws pitch, gets 2 balls back
Seattle Mariners pitcher Hector Noesi must have thought he was seeing double during Sunday's game against the Minnesota Twins when— after having a pitch land in the dirt— his catcher and the umpire got their signals crossed and each threw a ball back at the surprised Noesi.
In the third inning, the former New York Yankees pitcher threw a strike to catcher John Jaso. Jaso...

Noesi remains on track for Mariners' rotation
Hector Noesi remains on track for a slot in the Seattle Mariners' starting rotation.
Noesi allowed two runs over four innings before rain canceled Seattle's game against a Colorado Rockies' split squad Sunday with the Mariners ahead 3-2 in the top of the fifth.
''I think I'm doing good this spring,'' said Noesi, acquired from the Yankees along with...

Noesi figures prominently in Mariners' plans
Hector Noesi was used mainly out of the bullpen during his time with the Yankees but figures prominently in the Seattle Mariners' plans for its starting rotation.
Noesi, who was acquired by the Mariners with catcher Jesus Montero in the trade that sent starter Michael Pineda to the Yankees, will be given the opportunity during spring training to catch on as the third or fourth...

Cashman: Noesi will only be a starter in 2012
One way or another, Yankees pitcher Hector Noesi will be a starter next season even if he has to start the season in the minor leagues, according to Chad Jennings of the Journal News.
“I have no intention of Noesi doing (using Noesi as a reliever) again,” Brian Cashman told Jennings. “I just think Noesi is a starter, so one way or another, that’s where he needs to be. I...

New York Yankees Top 10 Prospects
Hector Noesi yo-yoed a bit between levels and roles in 2011, but he still held his own and produced 7.19 K/9 with the Yankees - albeit mostly out of the bullpen.
The Yankees sent Noesi to the Dominican Winter League to build some innings. He has impressed thus far with a 2.38 ERA, 1.73 GO/FO ratio and zero HR allowed in 34 innings.
Armed with a fastball that can touch 96...

Cashman: The Yankees Next Guy is Hector Noesi
Yankees general manager Brian Cashman was discussing the rotation with Chad Jennings of the Journal News and specifically was talking about how they’ve been able to fill from within over the past couple of years. He used Phil Hughes in 2010 and Ivan Nova in 2011 as examples, seems he forgot Joba Chamberlain in 2009 but that’s another story.
The point is that Cashman...
