According to multiple reports on Twitter this morning the Tampa Bay Rays have signed Jack Cust to a rookie contract and have invited him to camp. Cust, 34, will likely compete for a DH position with the team and could potentially add some much needed power to the lineup if he can regain his form from 2007 through 2009 while a member of the Oakland Athletics.
