The Yankees have signed right handed reliever Jason Bulger, who was just released by the Twins, to a minor league deal, according to Erik Boland of Newsday. Bulger, 33, has pitched for most of his career with the Angels. In seven seasons he has a career 4.33 ERA, a 9.3 K/9, and a 5.1 BB/9.
