The injuries to the rotation of the St. Louis Cardinals continued on Saturday night. On Sunday the team placed left hander John Gast on the 15-day disabled list with a sore left shoulder.
Gast lasted only one inning in his start against the Dodgers due to tightness in the shoulder.
It is currently unclear the extent of the injury but is not good news for a Cardinals...
