Nationals sign Josh Roenicke

Josh Roenicke, who was non-tendered by the Twins early in the offseason, has agreed to a minor-league deal with the Nationals. Minnesota chose not to bring back Roenicke for about $1.5 million via the arbitration process after he threw 62 innings with a 4.35 ERA and 45/36 K/BB ratio in a middle relief role last season.
