Kevin Jepsen, a key reliever in 2009 but slowed by knee issues the last two years, appears sound after surgery, is back up to his original playing weight and hopes to regain his high-90s velocity.You can see it in the ease and comfort of his delivery, his explosive thrust toward the plate and the way the ball comes out of his hand.
