The Miami Marlins have re-signed pitcher Kevin Slowey to a minor league contract.
Slowey, 29, appeared in 20 games making 14 starts for the Marlins in 2013. He finished with 92 innings pitched, a 4.11 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP before going down with a strained right forearm.
