Ryan LaMarre went 2-4 with a double, HR (3), 2 RBI and 2 runs.
Josh Fellhauer went 1-3 with a walk and 2 RBI.
The Reds signed Jeff Francis to a minor league deal, which I am sure you have heard about by now. But, maybe you haven’t heard that he has the choice to opt out of his contract by March 28th.With a good spring, I still don’t see him making the rotation unless there is an injury, and if there isn’t, he won’t be with the Reds in April.

The 2011 season began on a sour note for Travis Webb in the month of April as he gave up 7 earned runs in 3.2 innings pitched in his first start of the year. The rest of the month didn’t go much better as he would finished the month with just 14 innings pitched, a 13.50 ERA to go along with 17 strikeouts...

Yesterday, in the league, the Phoenix Desert Dogs got shut out, and nearly no hit, by the Surprise Saguaros, eventually losing 5-0.

-Brodie Greene had a nice game at 2b, going 2-5 with a run scored.
-Travis Webb had his best outing yet throwing 3.2 innings of scoreless baseball in which he allowed three hits and a walk, while striking out five.
Webb is now 2-0 with a 5.17 ERA.
