"Anderson Silva moves like a man in a video game."--Joe Rogan
Reigning UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva will have to continue his Tekken-like tactics on July 6. The Spider faces a formidable foe in #1 contender Chris Weidman, an undefeated former All-American NCAA wrestler coming off a picture-perfect elbow KO over Mark Munoz at UFC On FUEL TV 4.
Even UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre, who isn't known for hyperbole, predicted Anderson's demise: "I believe he's going to beat Anderson Silva. It's a bad matchup for Anderson. Silva has been ahead of the game throughout his UFC career, snapping the record of most consecutive wins (16) and most title defenses (10) in the UFC.
