A featherweight affair between Chad Mendes (Pictured) and Cody McKenzie was the second scrap to air in Saturday’s “UFC 148: Silva vs. Sonnen II” pay-per-view broadcast.
After seven fights, there was finally a bout that didn’t require the assistance of the three judges sitting Octagon-side.

Mckenzie was throwing to the wind, however Medes countered and finished this one quick. He caught a low kick and landed a beautiful right hand body shot to drop McKenzie. He forced the referee to stop the fight early in the first.
