UFC along with lead plaintiff light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has won a U.S. Court ruling that it can move ahead in its lawsuit against the state of New York and its ban on MMA in the state on the basis that it has been ruled “unconstitutional”.
While the MMA promotion still has a long road ahead of it to have the sport legalized in New York, this is the first step in making that happen.
