Ed Herman and Trevor Smith threw down this last Saturday and even though Herman walked away with the victory he was feeling all the shots he took and gave in that fight. Respect to both of these warriors and a trip to the hospital is well worth the fight of the night bonus he received.

Ed Herman is gearing up for his UFC on FOX 8 fight with Trevor Smith and is seen here doing some wind sprints in preparation for the bout. Herman has been fighting for Zuffa since his stint on The Ultimate Fighter in 2006 but is winless in his last two contests. Needless to say this is a must win for Short Fuse.
