The NASCAR season is back upon us and it is time to get you caught up with everything that happened in the offseason. Start ‘N’ Park Blog will be going through their list of drivers running the full schedule in 2013 and telling you what you can expect from those drivers in the new year. Today’s entry is the driver of the #11 FedEx Toyota, Denny Hamlin. Driver: Denny Hamlin #11 Sponsor(s): FedEx Make: Toyota Team: Joe Gibbs Racing Crew Chief: Darian Grubb 2012 Finish: 6th What’s new for 2013: Nothing really changed here, Hamlin is back paired with Darian Grubb for another year. Mike’s Rank: 9th Mike’s Take: Hamlin boldly predicted 6-7 wins for himself this year, which he could possibly do. The problem is when it came to the Chase last year, he disappeared for it. So you can win all you want before the Chase, just have to remember to show up for that part of the season. Jason’s Rank: 1st Jason’s Take: Hamlin will have his best year in Cup yet by being very consistent and winning five or six races. Hamlin will show how strong he can be in the Chase by running up front each and every race and he’ll roll into Homestead with a chance at the championship. Brandon’s Rank: 4th Brandon’s Take: Denny Hamlin had a solid rebound year in 2012.  He showed speed and won races. Brittany’s Rank: 5th Brittany’s Take: My favorite beach is named Hamlin, and he has purple in his paint job, but Denny gave his daughter a boy’s middle name. I’m sure he’ll do ok on the track.
