Denny Hamlin: The Newest Dad In The Garage Area

Hamlin’s longtime girlfriend, Jordan Fish, gave birth to the 32-year old driver’s first child — a daughter named Taylor. Hamlin broke the news via his twitter profile: “Introducing Taylor James Hamlin!!! Born Jan 20 at 20:20! Weighting 6lb 5oz and 20 inches in length.” Hamlin of course had missed the recent Charlotte Motor Speedway test session while on “baby watch”, but it was all worth the wait Monday as there is a new addition in the Hamlin home. Many will immediately wonder what impact this will have on Hamlin’s racing season, will he come out with more focus and attack for the championship or will he get off to a slow start due to sleepless nights?
