Ryan Newman on this weekend’s NNS race at Texas: “I’m excited that I got a call from Steve Turner and Turner Motorsports giving me another opportunity to get back behind the wheel of their No.30 Great Clips Chevy Impala this coming weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. They have a great group of people over there so anytime I am able to run one of their cars, I jump on the opportunity. Last time I ran their car we had a solid top-five finish at Phoenix. This is also a big weekend for Great Clips having four vehicles in the three races spanning the Texas race weekend and I’m happy to be a part if it. I’m looking forward to seeing what I can learn to help me on Sunday but also try to deliver these guys another win in the process.”
