Welcome to the inaugural season of the Start ‘N’ Park Blog Pick ‘Em Challenge. This will take place all year long and will feature our esteemed panel of experts who will pick a winner in the series running that weekend. For this weekend at Fontana it will be just Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series in action. Points will be given based on how close to firs the pick finishes and how many people participate, with a bonus point for the win. This week will have five participates, so a max point collection of 6 is possible for picking the winner. Below are the picks:

Kyle Busch will lead a field of 40 cars to the green flag in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Auto Club Speedway. The race will consist of 200 laps around the 1.5 mile Fontana, California track.
The race will air on ESPN with coverage beginning at 5:00 pm EST, 2:00 pm PST. The green flag is set to be waved at 5:18 pm EST, 2:18 pm PST.

Dale Earnhardt Jr took over the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series point lead after the conclusion of the Auto Club 400 in Fontana, CA. Earnhardt finished second in Sunday’s race behind Kyle Busch.
The race was highlighted by two end of the race incidents. Joey Logano wrecked Denny Hamlin allowing Busch to drive around both. Hamlin was sent to an area hospital for further evaluation.

FONTANA, CA - Kyle Busch finished ahead of NASCAR Nationwide Series points leader Sam Hornish Jr. to claim his sixth win at Auto Club Speedway and secure the ninth straight victory for JGR at ACS. The win extended the record for consecutive victories for a Nationwide car owner at a single speedway.
The win was also Busch's 54th in the NNS.

What an incredible turn of events that unfolded in the closing laps at Auto Club Speedway — a track not normally known for exciting races, or finishes. That all changed after the 2013 Auto Club 400, as the fans will be talking about this race for a long time to come.

Kyle Busch won the pole for Saturday’s Royal Purple 300 from Fontana with a time of 40.312 seconds. Elliott Sadler, Brian Vickers, Brad Keselowski, and Nelson Piquet, Jr. round out the top five starting positions. The drivers who did not make the event are Tony Raines and Chase Miller. The event will be live on ESPN at 5 PM EST.
