The inaugural Camping World Truck Series race at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park in Bowmanville, Ontario didn't end with a whimper on Sunday. While Chase Elliott won his first career truck race in just his sixth start, the 17-year-old son of champion Bill Elliott had to dump Ty Dillon to do so. But it was the battle for third-place behind the leaders involving Mike Skeen and Max Papis that led to the 43-year-old Italian being slapped by a woman identified as Kelly Heaphy. Papis finished sixth in his first truck start of the season. For Skeen, who run has limited NASCAR experience in the K&N West and Grand-Am Rolex Series, it was his truck debut. The 26-year-old Durham. N.C. native started third - where he was running at the time of contact with Papis - and finished 13th. But this was not the first slapping incident for Papis this season.
