Sebastian Telfair is changing teams once again.  This time as part of a 4-player deal that sends Quentin Richardson to Minnesota.He'll probably have some decent games for the Clippers... but it's pretty obvious that Telfair is going to be relegated to life as a back-up PG for the rest of his career.  He'll be a decent back-up... and he'll probably kick around for 5 more years if he wants to.  Or... he'll find a better, more lucrative life overseas.
