This brief release from the Blazers: BATUM UNDERGOES SHOULDER SURGERY   PORTLAND, Ore. - Trail Blazers forward Nicolas Batum underwent successful surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right shoulder, the Portland Trail Blazers announced today.   Dr. Neal ElAttrache performed the surgery at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles .
