The Cavaliers’ rotation still has several question marks three days before the start of the season. Daniel Gibson appears to be the backup point guard by default, as Delonte West’s return to the court is uncertain. Gibson, though, has performed well in the preseason, hitting 40 percent of his 3-pointers.
