The Atlanta Hawks suspended third year forward Josh Smith after he got into an expletive laced tirade with coach Woodson on the bench. The forward is averaging 16.1 ppg, and 2.9 blocks per game, good for second in the league. Smith is from the Oak Hill Academy and was a high pick in the draft by the lowly Hawks.
