The basketball is finally bouncing!

The Phoenix Suns open Training Camp tomorrow with everyone gathering at US Airways Center meeting the press for the traditional Media Day (at noon). Make sure to check the live webcast of the event at Suns.com. The Suns will then take a bus to Tucson. I have checked the Greyhound schedule, they should be able to take the 4.30 PM bus to Tucson and be there in time for dinner. While...

Amare's knee is ok, Suns fans now can worry only about Marion

So the scope that happened today for Suns' forward Amare Stoudemire turned out just as expected. This doesn't seem to be a big deal for some people, but three major surgeries for an explosive athlete doesn't seem...

ESPN.com NBA Power Rankings are out. Suns at no. 3

While training camps are opening around the League, ESPN.com has published its first NBA Power Rankings today with some glaring errors in it. First of all the Suns are not ranked number one…not to mention the Spurs are in first place instead. Of course it's never wrong to have current Champs on top of these kinds of rankings, until proven wrong they won last season's last game.

eGREGious Musings for October 2nd

OK the title of this new daily post is self serving but it kind of catchy…..(ok probably not but I like my name in the title)… These are quick hits. Little takes. Things that seemed odd and seemed like they needed to be made fun of. So here it is, the first installment of eGREGious Musings: I loved the headline today "No Surprises Found In Amare's Knee" ...
