Amare's knee is ok, Suns fans now can worry only about Marion
So the scope that happened today for Suns' forward Amare Stoudemire turned out just as expected. The "loose body" that had been floating around in his knee was successfully removed and this should reduce the swelling that has plagued the athletic forward for the early part of the fall.
Bad news though, small forward Shawn Marion still wants out of the desert, which...

Jerry Brown of the East Valley Tribune brought this Youtube video up in his blog today insinuating that Shawn Marion was saying he wanted to play for the Lakers. Suns' Amare Stoudemire to undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee
It seems that Stoudemire will have a "loose body" removed from his right knee that will keep him out only 2-3 weeks. He has had an operation on this knee once before, but it is not the same knee that he had micro-fracture surgery on two years ago. This doesn't seem to be a big deal for some people, but three major surgeries for an explosive athlete doesn't seem...

While training camps are opening around the League, ESPN.com has published its first NBA Power Rankings today with some glaring errors in it. First of all the Suns are not ranked number one…not to mention the Spurs are in first place instead. Of course it's never wrong to have current Champs on top of these kinds of rankings, until proven wrong they won last season's last game.
