Andrea Bargnani still doesn't have a timetable for his return from an elbow injury.
But Raptors beat writer Josh Lewenberg shared some good news for the Toronto Raptors and Bargnani owners: The Magician has been cleared for on-court work without contact.
Bargnani has been out of action since December 10. Even when he returns, he may not come back to a starting role. Dwane Casey has said it'll be hard to take Ed Davis out of the starting lineup.
Rumors have circulated all year that Bargnani will likely be traded before the February 21 trade deadline.
Also back at Saturday's practice: Jonas Valanciunas.
Both worked out after practice with assistant coaches, according to the franchise's media relations department. Like Bargnani, there's no timetable for Valanciunas' return.
Keep rolling with Davis and Amir Johnson.
