The Pistons announced Friday that rookie, Andre Drummond, would miss 4-6 weeks with a stress fracture in his back - taking him out of the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge at All-Star weekend. According to Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski, Orlando’s rookie power forward, Andrew Nicholson, will replace Drummond at the event next weekend in Houston.
