DeJuan Blair hasn't gotten consistent minutes from the San Antonio Spurs. The fan base was screaming for him to be traded during the season and he seemed to have lost his place on the court until Stephen Jackson was released by the team. But if this is Blair's final games in black and silver, he sure left us with this gem. Blair has a very "interesting" pre-game ritual to say the last. He was caught by Spurs.com in the back heading out to the court in a choreographed dance before a game. Check out the dance below including some of the staff taking part in Blair's fancy moves.

Tracy McGrady, who has played approximately 0.00 minutes for the San Antonio Spurs since signing a contract for the remainder of the season, appears to be fitting in well with his new franchise. The former All-Star is included in a series of banners currently hanging at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, which is a great gesture for a guy who joined the team just last week.
San Antonio Spurs' Matt Bonner shoots the three-ball well. Save for an excellent final round from Kyrie Irving in this year's NBA All-Star 3-point shoot out, he would have claimed the crown. Add the fact he connects with both the fans and media, it makes him an excellent, and generally well-liked Spur.
Except Bonner is subjected to an undeniable stigma that is supported...
It was a beautiful sight to see. After struggling through injuries and a big slump, Manu Ginobili returned to form just in time to lead the Spurs to a Game 1 victory.
Ginobili had 18 points in 19 minutes off the bench, including a dagger pull-up three-pointer that seemingly came out of nowhere. The Spurs are surely hoping this is the return of Manu and he’s back to his old...
The San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Lakers will resume their first round series tonight in San Antonio as the Spurs hope to take a 2-0 lead before heading to Los Angeles for Game 3. There is no doubt it will be a battle tonight and when the scene shifts to L.A., as the Lakers will be quite motivated to prove they can survive without Kobe Bryant.
But even if the Spurs advance...
The San Antonio Spurs' 102-91 win Wednesday night over the Los Angeles Lakers was the expected outcome, gave them a 2-0 lead in their opening-round playoff series and inched the Lakers closer to being put out of their misery.
It was also the latest showdown between two franchises competing for the right to be called the greatest of modern times and, if the Spurs gain steam,...
San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker wasn't himself when he played against the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday afternoon.
Parker has been a step slow since his ankle injury in the regular season and has not caught up to his former MVP-like play, especially with his 8-21 shooting. His counterpart, Steve Blake, got the better of him on the defensive end with steals and blocks which...
SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Tony Parker had 28 points and seven assists and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Los Angeles Lakers 102-91 on Wednesday night to take a 2-0 lead in their Western Conference first-round playoff series.
Tim Duncan and Kawhi Leonard had 16 points each, Manu Ginobili added 13 points and Matt Bonner had 10 for San Antonio.
Dwight Howard and Steve Blake had 16 points...
AT&T CENTER--Before the playoffs started, an hour before their last game of the regular season, San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich intimated who the Spurs were over the last month of the regular season would not be the team that opened up a playoff series against the Los Angeles Lakers.
In Game 1 the Spurs shook off a month's worth of rust and bandages, riding a dominant...
AT&T Center – A reporter’s question to San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich after his team took game one against the Los Angeles Lakers 91-79. “Are you concerned with your team shooting 37.6 percent tonight?”
“Not really,” responded Popovich, “It (the ball) goes in or it doesn’t.”
Yes, the Spurs’ offense wasn’t machine-like on Sunday as the...
The matchup of the game for Game 2 will be between San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker and Los Angeles Lakers' Steve Blake.
Tony Parker ended Game 1 with 18 points, but it wasn't a vintage Parker-like performance. He looked a step slow and still may be bothered by the ankle injury he suffered weeks ago and Steve Blake took full advantage of that. Parker shot 8-21 from...
Heading in to the playoffs, most observers looked at the big man match up between the San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Lakers as advantage Lakers.
Dwight Howard was finally starting to resemble Dwight Howard again and Paul Gasol had been on a tear the last week of the season. However, Tim Duncan played better than either Laker big in game one and Tiago Splitter played good...
The San Antonio Spurs probably won a game they shouldn't have in Game 1 against the Los Angeles Lakers.
They dominated the Lakers while only shooting 37% (32-85) while the Lakers shot 41% (30-73). The biggest difference for the Spurs was the 3-point shooting with the silver and black outshooting the Lakers 31% (7-22) to 20% (3-15) and the bench production with the Spurs bench...

A weird thing happened in Game 1, the Lakers (0-1) had trouble making baskets instead of preventing the other team from scoring. Usually, it's the other way around.
What's even stranger is the scoring efficiency for both teams. The Lakers actually had a better percentage in shooting at 41.1% versus 37.6% for the San Antonio Spurs (1-0). Of course, the purple and gold...
For a team with an older core barely limping into the playoffs with a banged up roster, rest between playoff games is about the best thing you can ask for.
After a physical Game 1 on Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers, the Spurs’ elder statesmen were likely pleased to hear that their next game wouldn’t come until tonight, providing two full days of rest to heal their ailing...
