PLAYERS: Brandon Bass
TEAMS: Boston Celtics
Brandon Bass has quietly put together a solid effort against the Knicks in these playoffs - particularly on the defensive end where he helped slow Melo down in Game 4.  Although Melo still managed to score 36 points, he struggled through a 10-of-35 (28.6% FG) shooting night, including 0-for-7 on threes.  It was Melo's worst shooting game of the series and it was largely due to the D that Bass played on the league's leading scorer.  So look for Doc to call for more Bass on Melo coverage in Game 5.  And if he puts Melo through the wringer again, look for us to start calling him, Bad Ass Bass! Happy Birthday Brandon! follow E K on twitter @wilkeduhn
