Kirk Hinrich expects to get the call to come off the bench often this season. It was a strange summer for Chicago Bulls guard Kirk Hinrich. Entering free agency, the Bulls were claiming they'd push to keep shooting guard Ben Gordon, a move that would keep the Bulls' backcourt crowded and almost certainly require an accompanying trade of Hinrich. But the Bulls let Gordon walk to Detroit without a fight, quelling the notion of trading Hinrich.   Still, as small forward Luol Deng recovered from a stress fracture, and with trade-deadline acquisition John Salmons penciled in at shooting guard, it was evident that if he stayed in Chicago, Hinrich was expected to have a bench role.   His response?
