Bulls star Derrick Rose was involved in a minor car accident in Chicago. Illinois State Police say Rose was headed south on the Kennedy Expressway at Ogden Avenue late Tuesday afternoon when his 2011 Bentley was struck from behind by a 2002 Saturn. The Bulls say Rose was not injured. Police cited the driver of the Saturn, Charles Tratwein, for failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash. The accident occurred on the same day Rose was fined $25,000 by the NBA for criticizing the officiating. Rose sounded off after a 104-99 victory over the New York Knicks on Monday, saying he's ''got to be the only superstar in the league that's going through what I'm going through right now.'' Rose scored 32 points, but attempted just nine free throws even though he absorbed contact from defenders all game.

Derrick Rose and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Derrick Rose had quite the day two days ago. In his words, it was the worst day of his life. I’m not sure if that is hyperbole or not, but rest assured it was a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. Rose started off the day, sore and achy. It turns out he tweaked his groin the night before against the Knicks. It was the injury added to the insult of getting blocked by Jeremy...

In Monday night's NBA game from Chicago, Bulls guard Derrick Rose thought he had an easy layup after he dribbled past New York Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin. However, Lin makes a real nice defensive play with a block from behind, showing that he hasn't completely fallen off the face of the earth. However, Rose got the last laugh as the top scorer in the game with 32 points...

NBA’s Noche Latina Is Muy Dumb

If you half-ass anything in life, you end up looking like a complete ass. I’m not sure if that is a line from my dad or one I just made up myself, but there’s no question the NBA has continued making a complete ass of itself over its “Noche Latina” promotion, which is supposed be a tribute but instead comes off as pitifully patronizing to anyone with half a brain. Last night’s...
