The burglaries involving the homes of Miami Heat players may be connected according to USA Today.
Police in South Florida are now investigating whether there are connections between recent burglaries at the homes of Miami Heat players Chris Bosh and Udonis Haslem.
Miami Beach police spokeswoman Vivian Hernandez said Wednesday that there are certain similarities in the two thefts aside from them both involving Heat players.
Authorities will not release the exact nature of those similarities.
Bosh’s Miami Beach home was burglarized while he and his wife Adrienne were out celebrating his birthday. Tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry, cash and handbags were taken.
There was no forced entry to Bosh’s home, and babysitters were home with the couples children.
Nothing was taken in the April 13 burglary at Udonis Haslem’s home. There was forced entry to Haslem’s home though, and police found bags containing shoes and other items on the floor.
BEST OF MAXIM
The Miami Heat used a short Vine video to show the Heat players huddling and getting pumped up for Game 4 against the CHicago Bulls. That is all fine and dandy, but at second glance one thing stuck out as a bit odd. Take a close look at Chris Bosh who is closest to the camera and notice how he just rubs his butt over and over. Interesting method of getting your gluteus maximus...
Miami Heat star Chris Bosh and his lovely wife Adrienne Bosh are expecting their second child together, according to the pictures floating around Instagram on Monday. The two already have a son, Jackson. Chris has a daughter from his previous relationship. There isn't any information on how far along Adrienne is, but from the looks of the photos, it appears that she's now too...
Chris Bosh may be the butt of a ridiculous number of jokes, but after seeing this great piece by ESPN’s E:60, we will only make a few jokes a day instead of 10 or so. In all honesty ESPN did a great thing by giving fans a glimpse into Chris’ life outside of American Airlines Arena. Lots of info that I wasn’t aware of in the segment. Bosh being Bosh.
Ever since Chris Bosh left the Toronto Raptors to go play for the Miami Heat three seasons ago, he’s been a lightning rod for ridicule by anybody and everybody primarily because of his quirky demeanor.
Bosh’s sexuality, toughness, and superstar legitimacy have been questioned perpetually and I’m sure he’s fully aware of it, which is probably why he agreed to do this...
Odds are if you leave a camera on Chris Bosh long enough this is just bound to happen.
During Chris Bosh's tenure with the Toronto Raptors, the roster was built around him as their franchise player.
When joining the Miami Heat in 2010, Bosh was expected to take on a more complementary role on offense alongside LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.
“Everybody says they want to win,’’ said Bosh. “But it’s always about what you’re willing to sacrifice to win....
But he should probably take the butcher’s word for it…

MIAMI Chris Bosh is used to being at least somewhat under the radar with the Miami Heat.
Actually, he doesnt mind that.
When Sports Illustrated came out with its Fortunate 50, a list of America's highest-paid athletes, Heat stars LeBron James (second) and Dwyane Wade (11th) obviously were on the list. But so was Bosh, who came in at No. 47.
He wasnt thrilled about that.
Don’t blame me, I am just the messenger. Next Impulse Sports is to blame.
Can we just say congratulations or are you guys going to go all Lil Wayne on Chris and Adrienne?
I hope you do the right thing.
Chris Bosh’s wife is pregnant again. Must be a @miamiheat playoff tradition! Congrats to @mrsadriennebosh on #BabyBosh2
