Seriously, "Bye Week."  The same week the NFL takes its break is the same one where the Cleveland Cavaliers officially say "bye" to the rest of the Eastern Conference.  Such symmetry.   If you want an idea of how much the Cavs are running away with it, consider how boring the idea of today's Celtics/Lakers game is.Maybe it's just me, but I swear its more than just my bias against all-leagues-non-NFL talking when I say there's going to be a significant element of boredom to it all for me until we get to Cavs vs. Lakers for the title in June.OK, maybe the Nuggets can get over on L.A., and maybe I'll feel a spot or two of nervousness in Boston Atlanta or Orlando in May, but this Cavaliers team winning the East feels as inevitable as any such thing has ever felt to me.  And I'm not at all a guy who doesn't frequently feel that such things are inevitable.  (Nor am I a guy who believes that one gets "jinxed" fo...
