Carl Landry to Miss 2-4 Weeks With MCL Sprain

Tough news for Carl Landry, as the Hornets’ forward is expected to be out of action for up to a month. According to several internet medical websites, recovery time from a Grade 2 MCL sprain can be beween two to four weeks. League sources said Sunday that the Hornets would sign forward Lance Thomas, who was with the club during training camp and for the first two regular season games, on Monday to a 10-day contract.
