Carmelo Anthony sat out Monday night against the Utah Jazz. Anthony is the NBA’s second-leading scorer at 27.5 ppg and he has missed his sixth of the last eight games with his right leg injury. According to the New York Times, there might be a glimmer of hope on the horizon for fans to see one of the NBA’s best suit up again. Melo says he could return as early as Wednesday.
