Admit it, the last time you heard or thought of the name Anderson Varejao, LeBron James was playing with the Cleveland Cavaliers still.  Unless, of course, you are a Cavaliers fan.  In that case, you already know Varejao is out indefinitely with a bruised knee. The injury came on Monday night against the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday, but it seemed as if Varejao would be fine, but he sat out last night's game against the Golden State Warriors.  According to Mary Schmidt Boyer of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Varejao's timeline for return is unknown.  After playing through the injury on Monday, his knee swelled up and will cause him to miss time until the swelling and pain go away. Varejao has spent his entire career with the Cavalier after coming into the league in 2004.  He played on some of those great Cleveland teams led by LeBron James.  Varejao was always a contributor on those teams and continues to be a contributor on the James-less Cavaliers since the superstar's departure to Miami.Varejao has averaged 7.4 points per game in his career to go along with 7.2 rebounds per game.  However, this season he is averaging 14.0 points per game and 15.0 rebounds per game.  In each season of his career, Varejao has stepped up his game and increased his contributions.  It's a great trait for a team that needs every bit of help it can get.In Varejao's absence yesterday, Samardo Samuels started.  He may continue to start until Varejao is healthy enough to play.  The Cavaliers, who are 2-3 on the season, next play on Friday against the Phoenix Suns.Follow @hoopsinjurynews!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src="http://www.nbainjurynews.com//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,"script","twitter-wjs"); var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-34100676-1']); _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ?
