The Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, San Antonio Spurs and Brooklyn Nets have also expressed interest in signing him. Fort Wayne currently owns his rights, but the Red Claws are working to acquire the 23-year-old. [Discuss on CG Forums!]

If you only watched the first and third quarters, you’d be telling all your friends how the Celtics are going to be a dangerous team this year that could find themselves fighting for an 8th seed.  If you watched only the second and fourth quarters, you’d probably be searching out live streams of Kansas basketball while trying to sneak a custom “Wiggins” jersey through the...

Magic Musings: Orlando falls seconds short of first win

After looking very much like a team on the second game of a road back-to-back for three quarters, the Orlando Magic battled to within mere moments of pulling out their first win of the season. But the Minnesota Timberwolves used a game-tying 3-point field goal from Kevin Love to force overtime, where they were able to come away with a 120-115 victory. Offense wasnt a problem for...

Arron Afflalo in the primary role

Debby Wong/USA TODAY Arron Afflalo came to Orlando seeking an expanded role. Really his career had taken an upward trajectory of larger and larger roles, beginning as a defensive stopper off the bench with Detroit to secondary sharpshooter and scorer for Denver. With the Magic, Afflalo would be asked to be "the guy." The results were a little bit mixed, as one might...

Brace Hemmelgarn/USA TODAY Through the first two games of the season, the Orlando Magic are learning just how important execution is. Even if it is mostly the veterans carrying the load late in the games or in the key moments, the lesson cannot be lost on the young players who were in the game, on the bench or on the sidelines coaching.
