Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul may excel with many skills on the basketball court, but he does not excel at flopping. Case in point: During Tuesday night's game against the Sacramento Kings, Chris Paul made a desperate flop attempt to draw a foul against Kings center DeMarcus Cousins.
Cousins was beginning to head back up the court on offense when Paul nudged into him, then threw himself backwards as if he was pushed. No foul was called on Cousins, but if there was, this play most certainly would have been worthy of CP3 getting a warning from the NBA for embellishment. At the very least, it's worthy of a Razzie award nomination for bad acting.
In the end, however, the Kings got the last laugh with a 116-101 victory.

An argument can be made with a straight face that Chris Paul is the best point guard in NBA. Likewise, an argument can also be made with a straight fact Chris Paul is the best flopper in the NBA. And his flop last night against the Kings drives that point home. The post Chris Paul: Professional flopper appeared first on No Guts, No Glory.
Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul broke out an epic flop for the ages during his team’s game against the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night in the epically named Sleep Train Arena. I mean CP3′s flop was as bad as what happened to Ishtar (look it up). And with much, much worse acting.
It could be argued that Paul’s abysmal display wasn’t technically a flop since he...
Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul has been known to provide a quality flop in the midst of heated NBA games. Whether you look at it as deceiving or weak, the crafty little point guard has almost got it down to a science with his flops. Strategically doing them when the Clippers might need point or momentum needs to be changed.

Chris Paul should be ashamed of himself, and judging my my Twitter feed he won’t stop hearing about it for quite some time. This is truly a flop that soccer players would be proud of. Suspension forthcoming?

The Big Leagues This flop was so bad it was spoooooky.
The Clippers were taken out Tuesday night by the Kings. During the course of the game, Chris Paul had a horrible flop. Maybe he was trying to get himself and the team fired up or something. This was bad acting. CP3, you’re in Hollywood now, we need you to take acting lessons if that’s the route you’re trying to take. :giggle:
This is how bad that flop attempt was. It was...

Remember when the NBA came out with stern language about flopping? (P)layers will face the possibility of stiff punishment for trying to trick the referees into a foul that wasn’t warranted. Commissioner David Stern issued an edict that he hopes will make flopping go the way of the four-corner offense and the short shorts.
The rule change hasn’t stopped league golden boy Chris...

The Los Angeles Clippers have enjoyed some great success this season, even more than their LA counterpart, the Lakers. While much credit can be given to the veteran leadership of Chris Paul and Chauncey Billups, the overall improvement of Blake Griffin, must be noted. While Griffin has been known for his highlight dunks and mean stare downs after putting a defender on the poster...
