Staring Down Spike:
Danny Granger already has a Batcave in one of his old houses. Now the Indiana Pacers forward is adding to the drama after he bought a house from the writer of the movie Scream.According to the Los Angeles Times, the 29-year-old purchased a house in Hollywood Hills, California for $3.715 million from Kevin Williamson, a movie screenwriter.
The chic contemporary, built in 1990, features walls of glass, city views and 15-foot-tall ceilings, which may have appealed to the 6-foot-8 small forward. Designed for entertaining, the house has three expansive terraces, a pool area bar and a swimming pool. There is a gym with a sauna, a home theater, four bedrooms, 51/2 bathrooms and 5,140 square feet of living space.
Williamson, 47, bought the house in 2003 for $3.1 million. He develops the television series, The Vampire Diaries.
Good buy for Granger, I'm guessing. Let's hope nothing haunting happens to him.
