According to Pacers beat writer Mike Wells, Danny Granger will make his season debut tonight (Feb. 23) in Detroit. Granger has been sidelined all season with patellar tendinosis in his left knee that was treated with an injection in early November and given a three month timetable. The Pacers (34-21) are currently 1st in the Central Division, and 2nd in the Eastern Conference.
