DeJuan Blair’s agent, Happy Walters, expressed his disappointment to FOX 29 San Antonio that his client didn’t get traded before Thursday’s trade deadline. In his fourth year out of Pittsburgh, Blair is averaging a career low 13.5 minutes in 42 games.
According to FOX 29 San Antonio:
Happy Walters on his client not being traded:
“Obviously I am disappointed that we were not able to get a trade done but I trust [Popovich] and R.C [Buford] and I know they tried their best and have DeJuan and the Spurs best interests at heart. When Pop needs DeJuan, he’ll be ready to contribute as he always has been.”
